Save game works when it's only real players. If you have players vs computer, you can't start the game. As in the players can join the game room and click ready, but the computer only appears as "Open," you can't see them or click ready for them, so the game never starts.

I have tried VPNs, yes, but often times I can barely even log-in because the connection gets so slow.

I know there are many threads about these and I have indeed read the FAQs, but unfortunately none of the options seem to be working for me. The regular game works fine online, I don't have a problem joining games. I also log in into the ESO server easily. But with the ESOC patch, I can't join games ...
