Hey guys,
I think about hopping in to some randoms games in AoE 4 and comment and upload them on youtube. Do you know if thats allowed without asking each player if I may do that?
Thanks in advance.

You will only see a gamer tag. That's no personal information at all. I don't see any problems.
Imagine you playing a 4v4 which you want to upload. Nobody is asking 7 other players for permission.
I guess you can put something like this in the description of the video:
[Age of Empires] © Microsoft Corporation. [This video] was created under Microsoft's "Game Content Usage Rules" using assets from [Age of Empires III & its expansions], and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Microsoft.

Re: Commenting games of randoms allowed?
Even if a player would be creating copyrighted material by playing a game (it doesn't - read the ToS fine print), this falls under fair use from a legal perspective. The legal disclaimer that Jim is proposing adds nothing.
Legal discussion aside, you will not find a single player that objects to your videos, and if you find one you can tell him that he can hide his profile or you can ignore him.

Re: Commenting games of randoms allowed?
I've already been doing it, it doesn't do anything bad. Especially since they can easily hide their games so spectating becomes impossible.
