iirc on the RE you could hold the rush. The scary thing was the Iro semi ff from my experience.

re iro age2 destroys india. semi ff or ff works too tbh, but only on tp maps. age2 iro works on any map including water. tho on water you might want to semi fi.

U crop my win away lol. And I played terrible those games. No way iros deserve nerf. You can only get "RE start" with perfect treasures. And if you fast age, you are punished with no age up reward and no fast age to fortress. lol.

They have weaknesses like no artillery and not good eco. Pace is their strength and of course should not be nerfed. Same as aztecs.

And btw, those are 3 good maps with renegados, atleast a few tps and a lot of good treas. Good iro maps.

Whoever loses games will say it's because he played terrible... So this discussion is useless. Though the difference is when I lost it's because I let you run me around the map (almost any civ could lose to india if you just let them buy that much time...) while when you lost it's because you simply couldn't ever fight my army. I know you'll disagree, but to me that's enough to show the mu sucks for india. And I know most top players believe that too.

By "perfect treasures" you mean what I get half my iro games..? Just one xp treasure is enough lol. Even just getting the 80xp from the farm can be enough.

If you fast age you get to train 2.5 extra vils and idle your opponent to shit with kanyas. You don't even need to go fortress in many cases after that.

They don't need artillery, their skirms are lame af. And idk why you compare them to aztecs lol, aztecs are trash compared to iros.

And btw, adirondacks and arkansas are perfectly standard maps. You don't get more standard than that.

No way. Ger does okayish with bow/uhlan vs the iro rush, but no way you age behind the hold, you will die to the timing. And there's also no way you can timing the iro fb in colo.

This is wrong, brits do just fine vs iros overall. Just not when you get to fast age, because that's RE iro and RE iro shits on all civs.
And according to you, every map has sick treasures, that's bullshit. Florida has sick hunts btw.

Germ totally shits on Iro (like vs almost every civ lol). You simply outmass Iro and with mm you should be able to age just smoothly behind.

That discussion was about the mu on RE.
And anyway, the mu is much closer on ep than what you think. Sure it's ger favoured but really not unwinnable. And again id you get to fast age it's probably iro favoured.

Theyre not rated. Ep tracks an unrated ladder also, but obs games dont show only 1 on 1.

also, since the start of EP ladder, any game below 2 minutes has been counted on the unrated ladder, so win/loss in the unrated ladder is pretty inaccurate.

No, they often use it for coloniale age and it's not really broken even if they use it for age3 imo

Iro is one of the best civs on "standard" maps like kamchatka. Their rush is insane, I underestimated the fast age up all in but apparently it's quite good against Russia, Aztec and India. Also the semi ff is great, you can put some pressure with 10 tomas/4kanyas and age quickly with a decent economy and great units in fortress.

On a map like kamchatka, Iro is top 3-4 imo.
