I don't know anybody else from Poland who is active here, I (pr25 or so) play sometimes with my friend who is a serg and he recently registered on ESOC. I heard about a clan [PL] and I think there are some guys ranked at 1st lt or higher, but I'm pretty sure most of them are inactive.
I think then that regions should be divided by a number of active players, so we can possibly connect Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia etc.
