Well shit. I thought last time we had a big winner, but this week we have an even bigger one! jsimons1289 managed to get a sick record-breaking win out of a fairly expected result, since he bet his entire 1000 point fortune on the 4-2. The odds were x5.7, meaning he profits 4700 points and takes first place! Grats to him, definitely a good start ')
Somppukunkku has not lost his way either. After winning last betting event he is looking solid again already, betting 500 on both 4-1 and 4-2 (showing he had a pretty good idea of how the series would go) and winning 1850 points. Look out for this guy, he may just run away with the victory again.
Third place is dudgybudgie, winning 840. Grats!
This does mean though, that a lot of people have to say goodbye to their points. Some even went with 1000 points on Sam winning 4-0, which turned out to be a losing mistake. They are Mr_Bramboy, Bart331 and Samwise12 himself. Sam, who is pretty good at AoE3, is about the worst better there is. I think it would be pretty accurate to say that he''s lost his entire betting fortune within 3 matches the previous 5 times he participated. This man is a real gambler.
Oh, and we doubled the record of most points bet on a single match to 22082. Keep it up!

Note: last column shows points won/lost this match.

are the odds on results ALWAYS better than the odds on match outcome?
