To do that, go to the Recorded Games board, click the "CREATE THREAD" button and then upload & post your recorded game there. You probably want to provide some context about the game, the decisions made and whether you want to show a certain BO, you want to get feedback or you just want to ego post.

I can't find the rec path #USERNAME#/MyDocuments/MyGames/AgeofEmpires3/Savegame in windows 10. Where do I put the recs to be able to watch replays?
Does it matter that I use Steam to launch TAD?
Is there anything else to consider for EP recs?
