Not at all. I'd watch that he doesn't severely hurt me or hurts other people in his rage until his rage is over. After that the "talk" with the heads of the school.

Re: Class management and Differentiated instruction
I've seen the video but tbh i dont think its extreme, he didnt hit anyone. Also the teacher may have handled it wrong before and triggered the student (i cant know from the video) but he couldve done worse during his anger. Had he acted on a natural urge to defend yourself, things wouldve escalated a lot more.

"Frans." Sure. I believe it.
Anyway an old saying: Never give an order you know won't be followed. It just completely destroys your credibility and by extension your authority.
Something tells me "Frans" doesn't respect the authority of the modern European teacher, and certainly not a woman. These teachers just don't project authority and the students know they're all talk and no walk. A strong confident man with a booming voice would definitely be obeyed, however. You need iron behind your words.
why wouldn't you believe it? It's a dutch school, and frans is a typical dutch name. Or are you implying that only people called mohammed would misbehave?
"not a racist." sure... I believe it!
and the rest of your post is equally drivel. Please just go back to your cave =_____________=

Is the IQ of your students actually known or are you just assuming?

based on how the dutch education system works (it's split up into seperate layers which arent dependent on iq but there is definitely a correlation), you could say its an educated guess

It's easier than that. Treat her like... I guess. Anyone? And only judge her by her personality?

Because a kid's culture and situation at home is completely irrelevant at school. Clueless umeo.
You can't even read... I asked you what makes you think someone called frans (and thus the implication of native Dutch heritage, and therefore native Dutch culture) wouldn't act out and disrespect his teacher? I went to an "all-white" Dutch high school... And trust me, your assumption is dead wrong XD So who is clueless?
I'm waiting for your excuse to spread racist bullshit around some more!

Hardly. And your that's not what your post said or meant anyway.
An all white school? Sounds a bit apartheid-y, umeo, but I guess it's the same everywhere.
Sadly, it's indeed a bit apartheid-y.

so? if you want immigrants to integrate you should make sure they can.

If you guys have problems with Lejend and his posts, why don't you ignore him instead of all responding to him? I can't remove his posts when it's already part of a conversations. Just ignore those you think are trolls.

I tried to give you advice. You have to earn the students' respect. A shy mousy girl that bursts into treats isn't going to earn their respect. By age 14-16 most boys would view her as a prize to be fought over, not a leader to fight for. You need to inspire fear in them as an equal or superior. That's how they think.
yup, and if that doesn't work, you just spank them up until they fear you. and if that doesn't work, you just spank them up some more until they are vegetables. Vegetables won't follow your orders, but atleast they won't disrespect you either!
