What kind of Arabic was it? I presume it was Egyptian/MSA, because a Somali could understand it. The DLI also teaches Levantine and Iraqi Arabic, but I presume there would be more of a language barrier there.

Imagine them going to G7 meetings and at the UN, in order to represent the USA. I dunno if that's what the majority of Americans would like. It's one thing when you get a question in a survey and another when you have to vote for the real deal.

Also it doesn't matter what millennials think, not only millennials vote.

I think it got challenged in court, not sure if the ban persisted or it got lifted eventually.
