So much, we're gonna become exporters, so we won't need Russian gas anymore. We're gonna start exporting gas to Hungary from 2022.

Because he would win the presidential election and he's not a moderate republican. He's more center than many democrats but calling him a moderate republican is just false.

Yeah but Norway is different. At least 22% of Norway's GDP comes from oil exports. It's like getting more than 1/5 of your GDP for free. So, of course, you can afford to do whatever you want in terms of healthcare policies. You could give everyone healthcare for free and your budget wouldn't feel a thing. Also considering that Norway's population is so small, only 5.3 million people. That's just incredibly small. Romania has around 20 million population. Almost half of all USA states have more population than Norway. It's an enormous difference in economic and populational magnitude. So when you try to reform a system that is supposed to work for 328 million people it can be so different from a system that works for 5.3 million people whose country gets 22% revenue from Santa Claus.

We have the resources for universal healthcare. If we all suddenly became fanatically obsessed and charitable over the idea, we could provide healthcare to everyone. We have the resources and technology for it. I think the issue is that people put too much emphasis on the monetary side of it. People forget that money isn't supposed to be a thing in its own right, but is instead supposed to represent the movement of resources within the economy. Because of this, you shouldn't let money constrain you, if you have the resources. The problems arise when you try spending money without having the underlying resources in the economy to back it up. In fact, not only do I think the U.S. could implement universal healthcare, I think we could do it better than many other first world countries.

If that's the case, then why doesn't your state simply pump money into private firms that can tap into those resources and turn them into free healthcare services, if it's really not a problem of cash flows?
New resources and new services and goods would be introduced in the economy, so inflation wouldn't be an issue.

I support state investment in the economy. It should be a goal of ours to operate at 100% of capacity. I also support offering a $5,000 tax credit to people who purchase health insurance. (this is how Obamacare offers subsidies; i like it because it pressures more people into paying their taxes) The state is restricting these activities because our rulers are a mix of stupid and malicious.

You need to be able to mix in the federal money that already exists to make this work, clearly with the current administration that isn't allowed.
