Can someone give me some really good and scary horrors to watch,I didn't watch this type of movies pretty much coz they always scare the shit out of me and then i cant sleep for 1 month,but i want to try to get over it,soo please give some suggestions,thanks.

What kind of scares are you looking for? They vary heavily based on the movie. Saw is a horror movie, and it has torture machines and stuff like that, Aliens is a spoopy movie but not too terribly gore heavy and stuff.

Amityville (2005) & The Haunting in Connecticut (2009). Still stereotypical horror movies..
I don't think these movies are very scary but Cloverfield (2008) and The Mist (2007) are quite nice.
