Yeah, aside from blitz none of the treaty tournaments were funded by esoc afaik.
2015 treaty cup we had our own paypal and did the fundraising ourselves
2016 tr titans invitational was all pi iirc
2016 treaty team brawl we had our own paypal and did (and failed at) the fundraising ourselves
All the time2treaty (2017 2v2 and 2018 1v1) tournaments we had our own paypal and did fundraising ourselves.
Blitz bash I guess was ESOC since the payout came from the esoc paypal.
I guess it depends on how you define "hosted by ESOC" though, because we did use their forums for scheduling threads etc.

Yes the T2T tournaments are missing in this list.
T2T is very thankful to esoc that we can used there forums. T2T was hosted my themself like "own YouTube and twitch and own pricepool" this was a lot of work to do and is the first steps to be the own host. Esoc helped a lot and T2T is very thankful for this
