Yes, from the tournaments page you can view signups of the upcoming qualifier as well as brackets of each completed qualifier:

I would like to question the starting time. The qualifying round (BO7) starts 23.30 or 00:30 in most European playerbaser and its like 05:00 AM in China.
This time is good only for NA and if I counted right, we have 2 of them out of 36.

3 qualifiers were EU time. 1 was APAC time, and now this 1 is NA time.
