Hey guys
So I bought a new AOE 3 account on steam - and want to start over on my pc - but as the game is already installed, I am not given the option to create a new account.

Seems there was a post on here some years ago on how to do this... but I can't seem to locate it..

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

When you launch the game the cd key should pop up, change the product key for the game that's installed and then you can make an account

You don't actually get the pop up if there's an existing installation. You have to use the 101 registry script as described here: https://wiki.eso-community.net/Error_101

Oh I didn't know that, you can still go into properties on Steam and find your cd key though

Yeah, that's where you need to get the new key from after running the removal script.
