There should be a rule that says you must play all the games in your series, or else be punished in some way (not allowed to participate in next tournament for example).

This has no sense, because it's also possible you have an emergency during the series and you can't continue it. Of course if you refuse to finish the series because you tilted, that's another story
I like that there are a big prize-pool in the 2 mayor tournaments (spring and autumn) - In additions to smaller prize-pools for smaller tournaments. I also think its a good idea that 2. and 3. place gets some of the money Makes sense to me
Hippocrits are the worst of animals. I love elifants.

Ye emergencies make sense. But you should try to finish it when you get a chance not just quit.
Make a table with every participant's IP (from which they registered to play) and then ask them for a Speedtest on that IP. Do the same for all casters. So when a game will OOS or lag out, you know where to look for culprits.
Maybe you guys should do no definite prizepool; just give out the money that comes in through donations during the streams. This way, players will be encouraged to behave as nicely as possible and come in at the scheduled time.

What would you prefer?
i have given my opinion on this matter various times. Short: more events, lesser prizepool for big events. Ofc if you can afford to throw 1.5 k at one tourney and still fund minor tourneys maybe even 1 day toureny, you can increase the prize pool for the majors as much as you want. But if it goes at the expense of smaller tourneys its bad
Smaller tournies just don't work, we've seen it several times now. Aragun and Jerom have been scheduling for 3 weeks. H2O&Sam forfeit for no apparent reason. And of course a lack of casters since an entire day has to be filled. You can blame the privileged minority for this one who screwed it up for the rest, but we won't be doing any invitationals for a long time.
