What are you purchasing in Steam sales?
Just a thread to recommend bargains. Last time I got Orcs must die! and The Witcher 2 for less than 3€ each.
Re: What are you purchasing in Steam sales?
I bought Batman Arkham Knight and Origins. I was thinking on also purchasing some Resident Evil game, maybe 6 or 7, any thoughts on them? Has anyone played those?

Not sure if you're serious? I got the game last Steam sale and it was fun to progress through lots of ages, but I found the (lack of) unit control to be quite frustrating.

I got Portal 2 last Steam sale at an impressively low price. If you've never played a Portal game, I would recommend it.

Re: What are you purchasing in Steam sales?
For myself, I have quite a long wishlist on Steam, but many of those are just there because I am kind of lazy to clean it up a bit. Would take me quite a while to go through everything and make a decision, but it wouldn't be nothing.
hmm personally, I much prefer MoW series over CoH titles, but that's probably just my personal taste. Both series, as far as I know, have some decent war stories. When it comes down to realism, I would say MoW titles have a slight edge over CoH. Also, they are delivered to two different groups of audience. MoW titles more Russian-oriented, and CoH ones put more focus on the west.
Nice, it is quite a classic game. I hope you're enjoying it. The campaigns kind of give you some extra knowledge on history and provide a bit of a challenge (although it can still be a steamroll since the AI is not the best out there), and there are some rather interesting mechanics. I used to play a lot with my friends back in the old days - LAN game comp-stomp. You should have told me though, since I received a key from M$ after they screwed up the release of AOE:DE, I could have given you a free key.
Edit: Oh, and yes, who can forget to buy EU4 and some of its DLCs when the base game and the most important DLCs are kind of cheap.

i personally enjoy COH much more than COH 2, more realistic graphics, easier to play (wich doesnt mean it's easy to play, just that COH 2 has more to learn since there are more factions and units) but the playerbase is larger in the second game.

I actually did purchase something: cs go. I heard there's a community who plays it and I figure I could do you all a solid and teach you how to properly play search and destroy game modes from my extensive competitive call of duty background.

Nothing hopefully. I have dozens of games I bought during the summer steam sale that I haven’t played yet.
