Hello, i'm not a modder and i'm sorry for bumping this thread, but i found it kind of useful. So i have some questions:
AI Limit: What does the ai limit mean? You can have more than 8 players in a game?
Revolution Banners: Does this mean i can change how the banner looks like ingame?
Ignore Registry Path: Does this negate the need for having my personal and profile data to be stored in my documents/system drive?

Hi there, I'm not one of the authors, but my understanding is that:
1) No, it means new AI personalities can be scripted for custom civilizations added in mods (so this helps mod developers).
2) Yes, if you follow the specified convention.
3) No, this patch makes the exe file ignore installation path defined in the registry and use the current path where it is located instead. This means it is possible to have different copies of AoE3 installation folders with different mods installed and run them separately from the original game.
