Cyclic redundancy check(new photos attached)

ok guys
When I installed the Asian Dynasties,cyclic redundancy check and -1604 problem occur.
Thus, I cannot finish downloading
What should i do?
I am sorry if you can't understand but I use the chinese version.

Does that seem to resemble anything of your error (I dont read the language it is in so its kinda hard to know whats up)? If not what does it say? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it (I assume you have, just mkaing sure)?

oh,資料錯誤(循環冗餘檢查)means information false(cyclic redundancy check)
I did try the above methods from the websites,but some of them I couldn't understand and the others couldn't work.
