jesus is def not the real jesus we need to send a msg to heaven about the identity theft--some uncautious credit card using or connecting to shady "Free Public Wifi"
After suffering the ill-fated FTJ after moving and not playing for 2 years because of it thought I would at least share my solution for some of you whom may be in the same situation. This is specifically for those of you with ATT/Uverse internet service who have a recent/newer model router. In my case its NVG599 - Go to the router settings page (this will be listed on the device). - Go to firewall tab - Then select NAT/gaming - Under 'application hosting entry' there is a pulldown menu with a list of games, pick any of the age of empires... it will automatically set up all the correct ports for you - Then make sure you select the computer you will be using for gaming under the "needed by device" tab, if you aren't sure which computer it is you will need to look up your MAC address - Click Add, it will automatically save - Now to go firewall tab again, and select 'IP passthrough' - Under 'allocation mode' select "passthrough" - Under passthrough mode select "DHCPS-fixed" - Then choose your device or manually enter the MAC address - Click save, your router will now need to reboot after which you will be all set to go
Hurrah! My long abstinence has finally reached an end, good luck to those suffering this problem.
